A storefront merchandised as a room, not a catalogue

Artificial plants sell on styling, not specification. The interface was kept out of the way of the imagery.

Situation

  • Nobody searches for a technical attribute — they see a corner of a room they want and buy the thing that makes it look like that.

  • A conventional catalogue layout got in the way of that.

Approach

  • The homepage opens on a full-bleed styled interior with the campaign message inside it.

  • Below it, four visual category entries — trees, roses, ivy, flowers — each opening on photography rather than a filter panel.

  • Wall panels get their own line because they sell to a different, usually commercial, buyer.

Result

  • Underneath sits a straightforward, fast storefront: consistent categories, search, accounts and cart.

  • The team rotates campaign banners itself.
