E-commerce
A store that leads to an appointment, not a checkout
Bridal is not a normal e-commerce category. The store’s job is to get a bride to the showroom with a specific dress in mind.

- Bridal Brand
Situation
The purchase is high-consideration and mostly ends in a fitting appointment, not a checkout.
A standard e-commerce setup did not support that journey.
Approach
Categories split the way brides shop — wedding dresses, engagement dresses, henna dresses, new arrivals.
“Book an appointment” sits in the primary navigation as a peer of the product categories, not hidden in a contact page.
Below that, the operational layer: consistent variant and size structure, pre-purchase information pages, and the legal and privacy pages required to trade.
Result
Pre-appointment questions are answered on the site, so brides arrive at the showroom knowing what they want.
A real-brides gallery does the social proof.
