How to grant access

How to grant access

You do not have to grant all of them. Only the platforms you actually use — the more we can see, the more complete the audit.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram)

Why it is needed: To review ad account structure, creative performance and the pixel/CAPI setup.

Permission level: Minimum needed: “View ads”. The account stays yours; we cannot change anything.

Our partner business ID

Steps

  1. 01Open Business Settings at business.facebook.com.
  2. 02Go to Users → Partners in the left menu.
  3. 03Choose “Add” → “Give a partner access to your assets”.
  4. 04Enter 443763831660911 as the partner business ID.
  5. 05Select your Ad Account and grant “View ads”.
  6. 06If you have them, add view access for the Pixel / Dataset and Page, then save.

Google Ads

Why it is needed: To audit campaign structure, budget allocation and conversion tracking.

Permission level: In Google Ads the link is initiated by the manager account — you cannot add our ID yourself. Send us your ID and accept the invite.

Steps

  1. 01Open Google Ads, copy the customer ID from the top right and paste it below.
  2. 02An invitation will arrive from our manager account 929-225-9705.
  3. 03Go to Tools and Settings → Setup → Access and security → Managers.
  4. 04Accept the pending invitation.

Google Analytics 4

Why it is needed: To see whether the measurement layer is set up correctly and conversions are actually counted.

Permission level: Read-only “Viewer” role is enough.

Steps

  1. 01Open Admin in Google Analytics.
  2. 02Under the Property column, go to “Property access management”.
  3. 03Click + in the top right and choose “Add users”.
  4. 04Enter merhaba@mekiklabs.com and select the “Viewer” role.

Google Search Console

Why it is needed: To review indexing issues, search queries and technical errors.

Permission level: “Full” permission is needed — the URL Inspection tool does not work with restricted access.

  2. 02Go to “Users and permissions”.
  3. 03Click “Add user”.
  4. 04Enter merhaba@mekiklabs.com and set permission to “Full”.

Shopify

Why it is needed: To audit theme speed, product/stock structure and the checkout flow.

Permission level: Collaborator access does not use up a staff seat and can be removed in one click at any time.

Steps

  1. 01In your Shopify admin open Settings → Users and permissions.
  2. 02Under Security, copy the “Collaborator request code” if one is set and paste it below.
  3. 03Once you send it, we will submit a collaborator request as Hanifi Ertuğrul Aslan.
  4. 04Approve the request under Settings → Users → Collaborators.

Collaborator request code: Found under Settings → Users and permissions → Security. Leave empty if disabled.

ikas

Why it is needed: To inspect catalogue, stock and pricing structure directly.

Permission level: A limited user is enough; access to order and customer data is not required.
