A load calculator that qualifies visitors before sales ever calls
A TS EN 15512 load calculator turns enquiries into technical data, next to a self-running AI content engine.

Situation
Industrial racking is quoted per project. Every enquiry starts with the same four questions: how many levels, how wide is the bay, how heavy is the pallet, what does that configuration actually carry.
Sales answered them by phone, one prospect at a time, before knowing whether the job was worth quoting.
Approach
That conversation moved onto the homepage. An interactive calculator takes level count, bay width and pallet weight on sliders and returns estimated bay capacity, total rack capacity and a recommended beam profile — with a clear note that the binding figure comes from a project-specific TS EN 15512 static calculation.
From there the visitor either requests a quote with those exact dimensions attached, or downloads the result as a PDF.
The rest of the site is an acquisition engine rather than a brochure: product pages per system type, sector pages for the industries that buy them, and WhatsApp capture for sending dimensions.
Result
Leads reach sales pre-qualified with dimensions, load and bay count.
Alongside it, an AI content engine writes, publishes and internally links around search intent, feeding the organic surface.
